Our team inventories, photographs, and markets approved items through professionally managed online auctions. Buyer communication and pickup coordination are handled from start to finish.

3. Close out the estate with confidence

After pickup day, you receive documented results and transparent accounting, with funds issued within three (3) days— often sooner.

Optional post-sale junk removal and donation coordination may be added if needed to prepare the property for its next step.
